Purpose of Program
The Collective is a professional training incubator, a mindset shift, a preparation program, and a selective cohort.
The Collective is NOT a competition team, a recreational add-on, and a once a week extra class.
What this program is - And is not...
Industry Integration
Throughouy the year, dancers will experience guest commercial choreographers, mock auditions, resume & headshot prep, Industry Q & A sessions, and On-camera filiming sessions. This ensures they are not just trained - but prepared.
The Outcome
By the end of the program, dancers will audition with confidence, understand submission etiquette, perform wiht intention, present professionally, and experience a pre-professional envirnoment. This is preparation for Commerical careers, college dance programs, concert pathways, and agency representation.
