The fee is based on the cost charged by the facility and the additional expenses required to make the production successful. Two tickets to the recital are included in this fee. If your child is not participating in the recital, you will not pay this fee.
The recital for the 24-25 season is $140 and due on December 15.

Every effort is made to keep costumes as reasonably priced as possible. Costumes must be ordered very early in the season to have them arrive on time. Each class will have its own costume for the recital. If your child is not participating in the recital, you don’t pay this fee.
The costume fee per costume (1 costume per class) for the 24-25 season is $90 and is due on October 15.
In preparation for the recital, the student asks all students to help with a yearly fundraiser of Ad Sales for the Commemorative Recital Program. Students and their parents are asked to solicit the sale of ads for the program to local businesses. Parents and students may also purchase personal ads featuring their dancer or working with other students in their age group to give a shout-out to their teachers. Funds raised above the cost of the design and printing of the programs are used to update studio equipment for the coming year.

Individual and class pictures are taken in early spring by professional photographers in the studio. These are posed photos in full costume. Parents have options for purchase and choose from proofs at the time photos are taken.
Additionally, during the recital, a videographer and photographer will be present to take professional grade video and action pictures. Purchase options are available and parents choose photos from proofs.
Parent volunteers are requested to assist backstage during the recital to help monitor children as they wait to go on stage. Volunteers new to the studio are required to complete a background check. Training for assigned responsibilities is provided by studio staff. Studio staff will also be backstage to help answer questions as they arise.
