On-Stage Rehearsal

Rehearsal Details
- ARRIVE ON TIME. Please give yourself plenty of time to find parking. Only park in clearly marked “public parking” areas.
- Check-in begins at 5:00 PM.
- Rehearsal starts promptly at 5:30 PM and is a closed rehearsal—no parents or guests will be admitted inside.
Dancer Guidelines
- Wear black dancewear (do not wear performance costumes).
- Bring all dance shoes needed for their performances.
- Label each shoe clearly on the inside with your dancer’s name.
Rehearsal Flow & Timing
- Rehearsal is expected to last approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.
- Dancers will rehearse in age order—starting with 2’s, then 3’s, 4’s, and so on.
- Once a dancer has completed all routines, they may be checked out.
Check-Out Process
- Parents will receive a text notification when their dancer is finished.
- To check out your dancer:
- Show a valid photo ID
- The name on the ID must match the check-in sheet
- Check-out will be done through an assigned staff member only
