On-Stage Rehearsal
Thursday, June 11th (Arrive at 5pm to Sign In. Rehearsal begins at 5:30)

Please allow time for parking and checking in your dancer prior to the start of rehearsal.
REHEARSAL SCHEDULE – Thursday, June 11th at Johnston Community College Auditorium (Times listed in document)
- Please check the ARRIVAL times for each Age Group.
- Be sure to have your ID READY to show for Sign-In and Sign-Out. The SAME person must sign the child in and out.
- Dancers should wear ALL BLACK dance attire for rehearsal.
- Bring ALL dance shoes needed for routines.
- NO COSTUMES are needed for rehearsal.
- FINAL RECITAL LINE – Please check the recital line – up, so you know what costume your child should arrive in for the actual recital.
- Costume Garment Bags have your Child’s Name, Class Name, & Hair Style listed on it.
- Please follow the SAME protocol for signing your child in and out.

Rehearsal Details
- ARRIVE ON TIME. Park in the parking lots close to the auditorium.
- Check-in begins at 5:00 PM.
- Rehearsal starts promptly at 5:30 PM and is a closed rehearsal—no parents or guests will be admitted inside.
Dancer Guidelines
- Wear black dancewear (do not wear performance costumes).
- Bring ALL dance shoes needed for their performances.
- LABEL each shoe clearly on the inside with your dancer’s name.
Rehearsal Flow & Timing
- Rehearsal is expected to last approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.
- Dancers will rehearse in age order—starting with 2’s, then 3’s, 4’s, and so on.
- Once a dancer has completed all routines, they may be checked out.
Check-Out Process
- Parents will receive a text notification when their dancer is finished.
- To check out your dancer:
- Show a valid photo ID
- The name on the ID must match the check-in sheet
- Check-out will be done through an assigned staff member only
